About the event
Come and join us for one of our most loved workshops! This workshop has been running for 10 years and gets delivered to hundreds of girls' each year, receiving huge feedback and praise for the positive impact it makes.
The full day program educates girls about self-confidence, self-esteem and body image. It addresses how and why young girls develop certain views of themselves by looking at how their changing bodies may affect how they feel about their appearance, and the impact society and the media (including social media), have on shaping our views on our bodies. We will look at the Media and the role it plays on how we think we should look and bust any myths around photoshopping and show the girls just how curated these images can be!!!
