  1. Payment-in-full must be received during the online registration process to secure a place
    on a program.


  2. Information collected from the Registration process such as names and contact details are
    used by Head Start Psychology to make a record of participants for the upcoming
    programs. Contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers are used to
    make contact with registered participants as necessary.


  3. Information collected from the registration process will not be passed on to any third


  4. Payment from credit cards for the workshop will be processed securely and no card
    details will be stored.

  5. Once your payment has been accepted online you will be emailed a receipt confirming
    the participants place on the workshop.


  6. You will be emailed a ticket, however in will not be necessary to bring this to the program as the participants name will be marked off on the day of the workshop.

  7. Parents/guardians will be required to sign their child in and out of the event. 

  8. Head Start Psychology is not responsible for changes in personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend you must advise Head Start Psychology in writing before the commencement of the workshop you have registered for. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind. You will instead be offered a place on the next workshop that is suitable to you. 

  9. Under normal circumstances Head Start Psychology will not refund workshop payment unless the workshop is cancelled or postponed by us. In such cases, a full refund or credit note to the value of the workshop will be extended to the participant for a future workshop.

  10. If a participant is unhappy with the workshop they are welcome to contact Head Start Psychology to discuss the matter.

  11. The participants will be expected to remain in the workshop area as directed by Head Start Psychology staff. Participants will not be permitted to leave the program area as they will not be supervised.

  12. Head Start Psychology reserves the right to request a participant to leave a workshop if they are disruptive or are displaying inappropriate behaviour towards Head Start Psychology staff or other participants. In such circumstances a parent/guardian will be contacted and will be asked to collect the participant immediately.

  13. You will automatically be signed up to receive email correspondence from Head Start Psychology, regarding any upcoming or new programs. You will be able to Unsubscribe from this list at any time.
