About the event
This feel good workshop has been developed to introduce the idea of self-esteem and self-confidence to our younger Tweens. During this workshop we will explore what self-confidence feels and looks like, we will discuss the importance and enormous benefits of liking yourself and most importantly we will explore with your Tween what makes her special and unique. She will complete the workshop feeling inspired about who she is and understand the importance of not comparing herself to others.

More Information:
Participants are asked to bring a water bottle, morning tea. There is a cafe on site, but girls will not be permitted to leave the program area as they will not be supervised.
Parents/caregivers will be required to sign their child in and out of the event.
