About the event
This feel good workshop has been developed to introduce the idea of self-esteem and self-confidence to our younger Tweens.
During this workshop we will:
💜 Explore what self-esteem and self-confidence is
💜 We will discuss the importance and enormous benefits of liking yourself
💜 We will discuss why comparisons are unhelpful
💜 We will explore with your daughter what makes her special and unique.
