In this powerful three-hour workshop, she’ll learn the skills most kids are never explicitly taught... how to understand her emotions, manage them, and respond with confidence.
During our session we will:
👉 Understand why your daughter’s emotions can feel so intense right now—and how this impacts her behaviour, friendships, and decision-making
👉 Help her realise that while all feelings are valid, reacting in the heat of the moment often leads to outcomes she doesn’t want
