As a parent, you’ve likely seen how quickly emotions can take over and how hard it can be for your daughter to stay calm in the moment. In this powerful three-hour workshop, she’ll learn the skills most kids are never explicitly taught... how to understand her emotions, manage them, and respond with confidence.

During our session we will:
