Tween Talk: Secret Girls' Business! - Holiday Workshop

Is your daughter starting to ask questions about growing up… or not asking anything at all? Puberty can be confusing, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming - for both girls and their parents. The Secret Girls Business workshop is designed to take the pressure off you, while giving your daughter the knowledge and confidence she needs to navigate this stage with ease.

In this warm, supportive (and often giggle-filled!) session, your daughter will:

• Understand what’s happening with their bodies—without fear or embarrassment

• Learn about puberty (what's happening to their bodies), and what periods are in a clear, age-appropriate way (please note we will explore the products girls can use during their period which includes pads, tampons and period underwear)

• Make sense of the emotional ups and downs that can come with growing up

• Feel reassured that what they’re experiencing is completely normal
